Charles Williams

I’ve been passionate about technology since I was big enough to reach the mouse and keyboard for my family’s old desktop computer. As I grew older, it became clear that I had a knack for working with technology. In high school I found my niche, showing up early to setup and run audio equipment and projector screens for weekly chapel services as well as multiple banquets, plays and special events. My Junior and Senior years were spent interning with the IT Director learning the ins and outs of network infrastructure and running wires in a new section of the school.
Out of high school I managed a computer repair store until I found an opportunity to start my career in the AV industry. I immediately fell in love with the work I was doing and have since worked on numerous amazing projects around the Eastern Shore from Philadelphia to DC and down to Virginia Beach. I ‘m often heard saying that it feels like Christmas every day at work opening and installing equipment for customers as I am always as excited as they are to watch, listen and enjoy the finished product.
I currently live in Millsboro, DE with my wife Shelby and our German Shepherd, Maya. In my spare time I enjoy strategy games, reading about history and working on my own cars. I also have plans to put together a car to compete in amateur road racing series around the East Coast.

Growing up on a family farm, I’ve seen first hand how technology makes life more efficient. While the time my family saved could have been used for other purposes, we used it to spend more time together and to help out neighbors when they needed an extra set of hands. As I grew older, that desire to help others shifted to helping out with sound and lighting at my local church, and later at Delmarva Christian High School. I interned with the IT Director from 10th to 12th grade, doing everything from running structured cabling, to repairing computers, to running sound for chapels, to also configuring 250 iPads for staff and students to allow our school to launch the first iPad 1:1 program of any school in Delaware.
Right after graduating, I started working at DCHS as the IT Technician and later IT Director while simultaneously getting my Bachelor’s in Information Systems Technology and Information Security from Regent University. Over my 8-year tenure, I oversaw the shift of a school-provided iPad 1:1 program to a Bring Your Own Device program, having the school–including IT network infrastructure–move to another campus, and also having the school acquire a PreK-8 campus and Early Learning Center, increasing the student population to over 500. I also served as the Production Director at Eagle’s Nest Church overseeing the audio, video, and lighting there until 2022. In 2020 however, I ventured out with my best friend from high school, Charles, so that we can be that extra set of hands for you.
I currently live in Milton, De with my wife Carly and two cats. In my spare time I like working on projects around the house, playing music, and gardening and adventuring with my lovely bride. We also serve at our church on the Production and Worship Teams and leading the middle schoolers in Kids Church.
